Hi, I’m Laura, and I’m thrilled to be the Practice Manager for the Whitton and Osterley Branch. You might remember me, I used to be the Veterinary Nurse at the Osterley Branch back in 2019 and I came back in 2022.

My journey in veterinary care began in 2013 when I got my Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. I then expanded my knowledge, earning a Certificate in Large Animal Technology in 2014. After a decade of veterinary nursing, I decided to dive into management full-time after discovering it’s become a passion of mine.

I’ve always had a drive to ensure our clients get the best care possible for their beloved pets. Now, as the Practice Manager, I'm enthusiastic about guiding our team to provide excellent service and care.
